Selling the same stock on eBay and OnBuy means keeping two sets of prices sensible. Connect your eBay account to Re-Pricer and you keep one: the price on your eBay listing becomes the price Re-Pricer works from on OnBuy, matched to your catalogue by SKU.
Connecting takes one click. You sign in at eBay, approve the access, and you are back on the integrations page - there are no API keys to generate, no tokens to paste and nothing to copy between two browser tabs.
Re-Pricer reads the price of every active eBay listing on your account and matches it to your Re-Pricer products by SKU. That price becomes the target price for the matching OnBuy listing, and it is pushed to OnBuy within about 30 seconds of being picked up. Change a price on eBay and OnBuy follows, without a spreadsheet and without opening the product screen.
No. eBay is a source of prices here, not a destination - Re-Pricer reads from eBay and writes to OnBuy, never the other way round.
This is a deliberate choice rather than a gap. Repricing needs to know what your competition charges, and on OnBuy every seller of a product shares one listing, so the marketplace tells us who is winning the Buy Box and at what price. eBay is built the other way: each seller has their own listing, so there is no equivalent signal to reprice against. A tool claiming to reprice eBay is guessing at which listings are your competition. We would rather do one thing correctly than two things approximately.
Your minimum price wins. eBay sets the target, but your min and max still apply as hard bounds, so a synced price outside your range is clamped to the edge rather than pushed through. Your OnBuy fees and postage differ from your eBay ones, and a price that earns a margin on eBay can lose money on OnBuy - the floor is what stops that happening automatically.

The interval is adjustable, but six hours is the right default for a reason worth knowing: eBay caps how many times a day its API can be read, and that cap is shared across every Re-Pricer customer rather than allocated per seller. Checking a large catalogue every hour would spend most of a day's allowance on one account. If your eBay prices move faster than that, turn the interval down and press Sync now whenever you need it.
Active fixed-price listings on eBay UK, matched to a Re-Pricer product by SKU. A listing with no SKU, or a SKU that matches nothing in your catalogue, is skipped.
Auctions are skipped on purpose. The current price on an auction is the leading bid rather than a price you chose, so following it would drag your OnBuy price around with other people's bidding. Listings priced in a currency other than sterling are skipped too, because the number would mean something different.
You can connect both, but a product follows one source at a time - whichever synced most recently wins. If you manage pricing in Shopify, use that; if your eBay listings are where prices really get decided, use this. Running both against the same SKUs will produce a result you cannot predict.
If OnBuy is the only place you sell, you do not need this at all - Re-Pricer's OnBuy repricing works on its own and will find you a better price than copying one across ever could. This integration is for sellers who already decide prices somewhere else and want OnBuy to stop drifting out of line.
